Standards for tourism and related services

The Standardization Institute of Moldova recently organized a round table on “Tourism and related services”, in collaboration with the National Association for Inbound and Domestic Tourism of Moldova (ANTRIM) and the State Inspectorate for the Supervision of Non-Food Products and Consumer Protection (ISSPNPC).

The event addressed several important topics related to tourism and related services. Among them were discussions on “Tourism and standardization: safe tourism with high-quality services”, “Promoting Moldova as a sustainable and resilient destination” and “Legal aspects regarding travel service packages”, etc.

The round table was attended by economic agents active in the field of tourism, as well as non-profit organizations in this field, as well as representatives of the relevant institutions. The purpose of this event was to promote the development of tourism and discuss quality standards and services in this sector.
