  1. Design of the management system – it is performed based on the Evaluation Report, drafted following the analysis.
  2. Training the management team – in order to ensure the success of future actions, it is of great importance to be aware of the qualifications of the entire staff. To this end, ISM organizes training courses on management systems.
  3. Elaboration of the management system documentation – in general, the management system documentation consists of the following types of documents:
  • The manual (a document that describes the management system of an organization);

  • Work Instructions, Methods or Protocols;
  • Instructions for use;
  • Organization regulations;
  • Forms and records.
  1. Implementation of the designed management system – this stage will be done under the guidance of the consultant, being applied to the provisions of the documents elaborated in the previous stage. At the same time, internal audit processes will be performed under the guidance of the consultant to detect non-conformities or implementation problems. Also, the identified non-conformities will be analyzed and corrective and preventive actions will be established.
