ISM organizes the following training courses:

Quality management system:

  1. Specialist for quality management system, according to SM EN ISO 9001: 2015;
  2. Internal auditor for the quality management system, according to SM EN ISO 9011: 2018.

Anti-bribery management systems:

  1. Specialist for the anti-bribery management system, according to SM ISO 37001: 2016;
  2. Internal auditor for the anti-bribery management system, according to SM ISO 37001:2016.

Acquired knowledge and skills:

  • Obtaining by the participants the necessary knowledge for planning and implementing the management system within the organization;
  • Obtaining by the participants the competencies regarding the design of the management system, including by elaborating the documented information required by the reference standard.

This course program:

  • Description and evolution of the management system concept;
  • Presentation of the family of ISO standards in the management system;
  • Terms and definitions in the field of management system;
  • Basic principles of the management system;
  • Reference standard requirements;
  • Management system processes;
  • Resources;
  • Organizational knowledge;

Acquired knowledge and skills:

  • Obtaining by the participants the knowledge and practical skills necessary for planning, organizing and conducting an internal audit;
  • Getting participants to know how to organize and participate in third party auditing.

This course program:

  • Overview of the audit concept;
  • Audit terms and definitions;
  • Internal audit process;
  • The relationship between the SM EN ISO 19011: 2018 standard and the reference standard for the management system;
  • The role and responsibilities of the internal auditor;
  • The role and responsibilities of the Chief Auditor;
  • Rules of conduct in auditing;
  • The process of planning and conducting an internal audit;
  • The process of reporting the results of the internal audit;
  • Internal post-audit activities, including evaluation of the effectiveness of corrective actions;
  • Resources and audit risks;
  • Competences of the audit team;
  • Practical problems.

Concerning the current measures regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, ISM has adapted to the requirements of social distancing required by the current circumstances, thus currently offering the possibility to conduct trainings both in physical and online format.

The courses are usually held at the ISM headquarter in Chisinau, but, upon request, at the students’ offices (the lecturer will travel for a minimum of 10 students, the travel expenses being paid by the applicant).

Registrations are made by filling in the Participation Form.

Registration method:

By submitting the completed Participation Form (online or in person), to the ISM address, indicating the topic of the training course and the number of participants (for legal entities).
