Suntem \u00eenconjura\u021bi de ea \u00eenc\u0103 din epoca roman\u0103, planta ocup\u00e2nd un loc primordial \u00een alimenta\u021bie \u0219i f\u0103c\u00e2nd parte dintr-o industrie cu venituri de miliarde de dolari.<\/p>\n<p>Recent ISO a publicat primul standard interna\u021bional pentru anghinare, cu scopul de a sus\u021bine produc\u0103torii acestei plante.<em>\u00a0<\/em>ISO 20980\u00a0<em>Anghinare. Specifica\u021bii \u0219i metode de \u00eencercare<\/em>\u00a0specific\u0103 cerin\u021be \u0219i metode de \u00eencercare pentru anghinare proasp\u0103t\u0103, cu privire la inima \u0219i r\u0103d\u0103cinile acesteia.<\/p>\n<p>Standardul prezint\u0103 diferite tipuri de anghinare, cu cerin\u021be \u0219i recomand\u0103ri legate de aspectul \u0219i calitatea lor, importante pentru comer\u021b \u0219i pentru un consum sigur, de asemenea, ofer\u0103 \u00eendrum\u0103ri privind transportul, depozitarea, ambalarea, marcarea, igiena, reziduurile de pesticide etc.<\/p>\n<p>ISO 20980 este unul dintre multiplele standarde interna\u021bionale ISO din domeniul industriei alimentare.
