Aceste obiective pot cuprinde subiecte diferite, precum: calitatea produsului sau a serviciului, eficien\u021ba opera\u021bional\u0103, s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u0219i siguran\u021ba la locul de munc\u0103 etc.<\/p>\n<p>Nivelul de complexitate al sistemului va depinde de specificul fiec\u0103rei organiza\u021bii. Pentru unele organiza\u021bii, \u00een special pentru cele mici, poate \u00eensemna pur \u0219i simplu un nivel \u00eenalt de leadership din partea proprietarului afacerii, prin stabilirea exact\u0103 de c\u0103tre acesta a a\u0219tept\u0103rilor de la fiecare angajat \u00een parte \u0219i a modului de dezvoltare a organiza\u021biei, f\u0103r\u0103 a fi nevoie de documenta\u021bie extins\u0103. \u00centreprinderile mai complexe, \u00een schimb, care opereaz\u0103, de exemplu, \u00een sectoare reglementate, pot avea nevoie de informa\u021bii documen\u00a0\u00a0 tate \u0219i controale extinse pentru a-\u0219i \u00eendeplini obliga\u021biile legale \u0219i obiectivele organiza\u021bionale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Standardele interna\u021bionale pentru sistemele de management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Standardele interna\u021bionale pentru sisteme de management ajut\u0103 organiza\u021biile s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 activitatea, specific\u00e2nd etapele pe care organiza\u021biile le parcurg pentru a-\u0219i atinge obiectivele stabilite \u0219i pentru a crea o cultur\u0103 organiza\u021bional\u0103 implicat\u0103 \u00eentr-un ciclu continuu de autoevaluare, corectare \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a proceselor, inclusiv prin cre\u0219terea gradului de con\u0219tientizare a angaja\u021bilor \u0219i a angajamentului managementului de v\u00e2rf. Acestea pot fi implementate de orice organiza\u021bie, indiferent de dimensiunea acesteia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beneficiile unui sistem de management<\/strong>\u00a0pentru o organiza\u021bie includ:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"unIndentedList\">\n<li>Utilizarea mai eficient\u0103 a resurselor \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea performan\u021bei financiare;<\/li>\n<li>Gestionarea riscurilor;<\/li>\n<li>Capacitate de a furniza servicii \u0219i produse de calitate, sporind astfel \u00eencrederea clien\u021bilor \u0219i a altor p\u0103r\u021bi interesate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tipuri de standarde pentru sistemele de management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Exist\u0103 patru tipuri diferite de standarde pentru sistemele de management, \u0219i anume:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Standarde de sisteme de management<\/strong>\u00a0sunt cele care stabilesc cerin\u021be sau \u00eendrum\u0103ri pentru a ajuta organiza\u021biile s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i gestioneze politicile \u0219i procesele pentru a atinge obiective specifice. Standardele de sisteme de management sunt concepute pentru a fi aplicabile \u00een toate sectoarele economiei, indiferent de tipul \u0219i dimensiunea organiza\u021biei, condi\u021biile geografice, specificul cultural \u0219i social.<\/p>\n<p>Multe dintre standardele de sisteme de management se aseam\u0103n\u0103 \u00eentre ele dup\u0103 structur\u0103, limbaj utilizat \u0219i cerin\u021be. Cerin\u0163e cu ghid de utilizare<\/p>\n<p><strong>Standarde pentru sisteme de management specifice anumitor sectoare<\/strong>\u00a0sunt cele care furnizeaz\u0103 cerin\u021be suplimentare sau \u00eendrum\u0103ri pentru aplicarea unui standard de management \u00eentr-un anumit sector economic. Exemple de astfel de standarde sunt:<\/p>\n<p>SM EN ISO 13485:2016 Dispozitive medicale. Sisteme de management al calit\u0103\u0163ii. Cerin\u0163e pentru organiza\u0163iile care furnizeaz\u0103 produse \u015fi servicii<\/p>\n<p><strong>Standarde privind sistemele de management ce ofer\u0103 suport \u00een implementarea acestora\u00a0<\/strong>\u0219i sunt destinate pentru a oferi \u00eendrum\u0103ri \u0219i \/ sau cerin\u021be suplimentare privind aspecte specifice ale sistemului de management al unei organiza\u021bii. Exemple de astfel de standarde sunt:<\/p>\n<p>SM ISO\/TS 22003:2014 Sisteme de management al siguran\u0163ei alimentelor.
