A compliance management system is a way of getting there and a new standard has just been published to help.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iso.org\/standard\/75080.html\">ISO\u00a037301<\/a><em>\u00a0Compliance management systems. Requirements with guidance for use<\/em> provides everything an organization needs to know to develop, implement, maintain and improve an effective compliance management system. It replaces ISO\u00a019600:2014\u00a0<em>Compliance management systems. Guidelines.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In this way, ISO\u00a037301 recommends the involvement of senior management and advocates compliance as a principle of good governance.
