Diversitate \u0219i incluziune<\/em> ofer\u0103 \u00eendrum\u0103ri fundamentale pentru organiza\u021biile care doresc s\u0103 creeze un loc de munc\u0103 prielnic angaja\u021bilor \u0219i s\u0103 valorifice oportunit\u0103\u021bile pe care acesta le poate oferi.
