protejate prin legisla\u021bia na\u021bional\u0103 referitoare la drepturile de autor \u0219i drepturile conexe.<\/p>\n<p>Republica Moldova, prin intermediul Institutului de Standardizare din Moldova (ISM), devenind membru al institu\u021biilor europene \u0219i interna\u021bionale de standardizare, \u0219i-a asumat anumite drepturi, dar \u0219i obliga\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>Una din aceste obliga\u021bii este protec\u021bia drepturilor de autor asupra standardelor.<\/p>\n<p>Politica ISM privind protec\u021bia dreptului de autor asupra standardelor nu are ca scop identificarea celor care \u00eencalca dreptul de autor asupra standardelor \u0219i pedepsirea acestora, ci identificarea \u0219i transmiterea mesajelor, astfel \u00eenc\u0103t utilizatorii de standarde actuali, dar \u0219i genera\u021biile tinere, \u00een calitatea lor de utilizatori\u00a0 de\u00a0\u00a0 standarde\u00a0 viitori, s\u0103\u00a0 con\u0219tientizeze necesitatea\u00a0 respect\u0103rii\u00a0 dreptului de autor asupra standardelor, s\u0103 asigure valorificarea acestui drept al organismului na\u021bional de standardizare, s\u0103 con\u0219tientizeze necesitatea corect\u0103rii \u00een cazul \u00een care au admis \u00eenc\u0103lcarea dreptului de autor asupra standardelor prin cump\u0103rarea acestora.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]\t\t<div id=\"gallery_125\"
