The Institute for Standardization of Moldova (ISM) has started an initiative dedicated to the promotion of advanced energy transformation systems from renewable sources. This action is justified by the multiple advantages it brings to the national economy and energy security of the Republic of Moldova.

ISM also has as its central objective the active involvement of all interested actors in the energy sector. This will be achieved by establishing a platform for communication and analysis of European and international standards, by creating specialized Technical Committees.

Through these committees, ISM will support the development and adaptation of the standards necessary for the effective implementation of renewable energy conversion technologies in the Republic of Moldova. This approach is proposed to be a catalyst for significant progress in green energy and to strengthen our country’s energy security.
