In the context of the celebration of the World Standardization Day, the representatives of the Institute for Standardization of Moldova (ISM) organized, within the department “Trade, Merceology, Technology” of the National College of Commerce of ASEM, the informative seminar on the theme “World Day of Standardization”.

During this event, the organizers, guests and students from the MER-201 group presented informative communications regarding the importance and necessity of standardization in the context of the economic and social activity of the country.

It is essential to emphasize that standardization is a key component in the economic and social development of the Republic of Moldova. The Institute of Standardization of Moldova (ISM) plays a crucial role in this process, ensuring that national standards are up-to-date, relevant and compliant with international ones.

Through these efforts, ISM supports the innovation, competitiveness and safety of Moldovan products and services, contributing to sustainable economic development and facilitating access to international markets. World Standardization Day is a good time to highlight the importance of these activities and to promote standardization knowledge among young people and the whole community.
