State authorities warn against buying mushrooms from unauthorized places and also recommend avoiding picking mushrooms from wild flora, as they can cause serious poisoning.

Mushrooms must be procured from authorized places, subject to food safety control and properly labelled. Unorganized harvesting from forests or purchasing from pickers poses health risks as poisonous mushrooms can occur. The consumption of raw mushrooms is contraindicated, and storage and thermal processing must be observed.
