The Institute of Standardization from Moldova (ISM) and the Academy of Economic Studies from Moldova (ASEM) signed a Partnership Agreement aimed at strengthening the ties between the two entities. Through this collaboration, both parties aim to develop and share practices and knowledge, considering the areas of common interest: to carry out some information and education activities for students and teachers regarding the role and benefits of standards in the field of standardization; to promote standards; to invite ASEM master’s and doctoral students in the standardization activity (technical committees) etc.

The agreement, based on the principle of mutual cooperation, has as its main objective the efficient organization of studies and the facilitation of the exchange of knowledge between the specialists of both institutions. Through this initiative, the training and continuous improvement of specialists is aimed at in accordance with the standards in force.

The partnership will be periodically evaluated to ensure the effective implementation of the established objectives. In the absence of notice of termination by either party, the Agreement shall be deemed automatically extended for a similar period, thus strengthening the long-term commitment of both institutions in promoting academic excellence and fruitful collaboration.
