ISM conducts a training course at the “Timofei Moșneaga” Republican Clinical Hospital

Between March 4-7 this year, the Institute for Standardization of Moldova (ISM) is organizing a training course on ISO 9001 and 19011 at the “Timofei Moșneaga” Republican Clinical Hospital. The course is supported by the expert lecturer Ludmila Ghidirimschi.

The course is addressed to the hospital’s medical and managerial staff, aiming to improve the quality management system and internal audit processes. ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality management that helps organizations improve their efficiency and provide quality services to their beneficiaries. ISO 19011 is a standard for auditing management systems, providing guidelines and principles for conducting internal and external audits.
