April 10 – Clean Sports Day

Today, April 10, we mark Clean Sports Day, a particularly important moment in the international sports calendar, dedicated to the fight against doping and the promotion of integrity and fair play in sports activities.

Established following the Montevideo Declaration in 2013 and supported by 17 countries, together with the World Anti-Doping Agency, Clean Sport Day is celebrated globally through various thematic actions and events. This day, also known internationally as “Play True Day”, is an opportunity to remind the importance of playing sports in a clean way and to fight against a scourge that affects not only the world of sports, but also society as a whole.
