The Institute for Standardization of Moldova hosted the meeting of the Technical Standardization Committee CT 78 “Environmental Management”, an important step in the direction of strengthening national efforts to protect the environment and promote sustainable development.

The meeting was attended by experts and representatives of various stakeholders, reflecting a shared commitment to addressing environmental challenges through standards. After constructive discussions, a vote was taken to elect the chair and secretary of the committee, who will play a key role in guiding the future activities of TC 78.

The committee aims to work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the relevance and applicability of standards, thereby contributing to a healthier and more sustainable environment.
