The Institute for Standardization of Moldova announces the implementation of the updated SR ISO 37001:2025 – Anti-bribery management systems, a strategic tool for preventing, detecting, and addressing corruption, applicable to all organizations regardless of size or sector.

The standard sets out clear requirements for managing bribery risks, covering both direct and indirect bribery in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. It also applies to bribery committed by or against employees, business partners, and third parties

SR ISO 37001:2025 replaces the 2017 and 2024 editions, with a transition period in place until March 1, 2027, during which both versions will coexist.

The adoption of this revised standard is part of Moldova’s efforts to align with international best practices and reinforces the country’s commitment to transparent governance in line with the European integration process.
