The Institute for Standardization of Moldova (ISM) has launched a series of training courses dedicated to quality management professionals, starting with the course “Quality Management Systems Specialist according to SM EN ISO 9001:2015”.

The training programme continues on 4–5 June 2026 with the course “Internal Auditor in Quality Management Systems according to SM EN ISO 9001:2015 and SM EN ISO 19011:2018”, providing participants with the opportunity to develop the competencies required for the implementation, maintenance and evaluation of the effectiveness of quality management systems.

During the training sessions, participants will explore practical aspects related to the application of the requirements of SM EN ISO 9001:2015, the management of organizational processes, and the conduct of internal audits in accordance with the guidelines of SM EN ISO 19011:2018.
