The Institute for Standardization of Moldova (ISM) announces the adoption
of the Romanian-language version of SM ISO 37001:2025 Anti-bribery
management systems — Requirements with guidance for use.

The standard specifies requirements and provides guidance for establishing,
implementing, maintaining, reviewing and continually improving an anti-bribery
management system. It is designed to help organizations prevent, detect and
address bribery risks while promoting a culture of integrity, transparency and
compliance.

SM ISO 37001:2025 is applicable to organizations of all types and sizes,
regardless of their activity, and can be implemented in both the public and private
sectors.

The adoption of the Romanian-language version facilitates access to the
standard for users in the Republic of Moldova and supports the adoption of
internationally recognized best practices in anti-bribery management.
