The Institute for Standardization of Moldova (ISM) held a working meeting with representatives of Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) within the framework of the project “Strengthening Quality Infrastructure for EU Accession and Competitiveness in Moldova”, which aims to strengthen the national quality infrastructure and support the Republic of Moldova’s European integration process.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the next steps in the cooperation between ISM and PTB, addressing topics of mutual interest related to the Republic of Moldova’s participation in the activities of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), as well as opportunities for cooperation in promoting World Standards Day.

The meeting reaffirmed the shared commitment of ISM and PTB to continue their cooperation within the project and to implement activities that contribute to the development of the national standardization system, in line with the objectives of strengthening the quality infrastructure and aligning with European practices.
