The Institute for Standardization of Moldova (ISM) is organizing two training courses in September 2026 for professionals involved in the implementation, maintenance, auditing and improvement of quality management systems.

The training programme includes:

“Quality Management Systems Specialist according to SM EN ISO 9001:2015” – 22–23 September 2026;

“Internal Auditor in Quality Management Systems according to SM EN ISO 9001:2015 and SM EN ISO 19011:2026” – 24–25 September 2026.

The “Quality Management Systems Specialist” course is intended for managers and specialists responsible for or involved in documenting, implementing, maintaining and improving quality management systems. The training will cover quality management principles, the process approach and PDCA cycle, the requirements of SM EN ISO 9001:2015, risks and opportunities, documented information, as well as monitoring and continual improvement of the QMS.

The “Internal Auditor in Quality Management Systems” course is intended for internal auditors, QMS managers and specialists, managers and professionals involved in the evaluation of management systems. The topics include audit principles, planning and conducting internal audits, collecting and evaluating audit evidence, identifying and documenting nonconformities, reporting audit findings and following up on corrective actions, in accordance with SM EN ISO 19011:2026.

The training combines theoretical content with practical exercises and case studies and includes the necessary course materials, final assessment and a certificate of completion issued by ISM to participants who successfully pass the final test.
