The Institute for Standardization of Moldova (ISM) is organizing, from 29 September to 2 October 2026, two training courses aimed at developing competencies in the field of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).

The training programme includes:
🔹 Food Safety Management Systems Specialist
📅 29–30 September 2026

🔹 Internal Auditor in Food Safety Management Systems
📅 1–2 October 2026

The training courses are intended for specialists and persons responsible for the implementation, maintenance, auditing and improvement of Food Safety Management Systems.

The training courses will cover:

  • principles of food safety management;
  • requirements of SM EN ISO 22000:2018;
  • identification and assessment of food safety hazards and risks;
  • planning and implementation of the FSMS;
  • monitoring and continual improvement of the FSMS;
  • FSMS auditing;
  • case studies and practical exercises.

The Internal Auditor course will also cover audit principles, audit planning and conducting, collection and evaluation of audit evidence, reporting of audit findings and follow-up of corrective actions, in accordance with SM EN ISO 19011:2026.

The training courses will be delivered in a hybrid format – online or in person at the ISM premises, and each course will conclude with an assessment of participants’ knowledge. Participants who successfully pass the final test will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by the Institute for Standardization of Moldova.
