On 22–23 September 2026, the Institute for Standardization of Moldova
(ISM) is conducting the training course “Food Safety Management Systems
Specialist”, aimed at developing the competencies required for planning,
implementing and improving Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
During the two-day training, participants strengthen their knowledge of the
requirements of SM EN ISO 22000:2018, food safety management principles,
hazard and risk identification and assessment, as well as the process approach
within an FSMS.
The programme includes both theoretical aspects and practical exercises and
case studies, focused on applying the standard’s requirements within organizations
and developing participants’ ability to contribute to the design and implementation
of an effective management system.
The course is part of MSI’s annual training programme in the field of
management systems, through which the Institute supports public and private
sector organizations in developing professional competencies and applying
international standards.
