The representatives of the Institute of Standardization from Moldova (ISM) participated on Tuesday, August 9, at the round table “Challenges, capabilities and problems faced by operators in the field of construction products related to conformity assessment”, organized by MOLDAC, with all the authorities department and subordinate institutions in the field of construction.

During the meeting, several topics were addressed: the Technical Regulation regarding the minimum requirements for the sale of construction products approved by Government Decision no. 913 of 25.07.2016, in force, which does not establish clear requirements regarding the assessment of conformity according to Regulation (EU) no. 305/2011 transposed; The degree of achievement of the tests for the requirements established in the harmonization standards by the Testing Laboratories (LÎ) of the Republic of Moldova in the field of construction products; The application of harmonized standards by Product Certification Bodies (CO) in the certification process according to the List of Harmonized Standards, the use of canceled standards, as well as other topics in the field.
