The representatives of the Institute of Standardization from Moldova (ISM) took part in the first high-level dialogue on ecological labeling, organized by the Ministry of the Environment in partnership with AO EcoContact and with the support of the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP).

During the event, the participants debated topics related to the awareness of all parties regarding ecological labeling, its future use and application as an effective indicator in sustainable development and a transition to a green economy in Moldova.

The event brought together over 30 participants from the Ministry of the Environment, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Moldova, UNEP, the Standardization Institute of Moldova, representatives of national certification bodies, the international community and representatives of business associations.
