The representatives of the Institute of Standardization from Moldova (ISM) participated in the work of the workshop “Quality management and standardization in tourism”, organized by the Employer’s Association of the Tourism Industry of the Republic of Moldova in partnership with the Regional Tourism Organization “Dnestr”.

The event was also attended by members of TC 74 “Tourism and related services”, delegates of tourism agencies, academia, authorities, as well as guests from the National Tourism Organization of Ukraine (OMD Ukraine).

The participants of the workshop got to know Ukraine’s experience in the field, and the results of the workshop will serve as a basis for promoting the capacities of economic agents in tourism, as well as in the process of implementing the actions of the project, by the Employer’s Association of the Tourism Industry of the Republic of Moldova and the Regional tourism organization “Dnestr”, for the development of the national network of Destination Management Organizations on both banks of the Dnestr.
