The Institute for Standardization of Moldova (ISM) held the meeting of the committee CT 47 “Food products of animal origin”.

The meeting discussed the role and importance of standardization in the field of food products of animal origin in the context of the initiatives of the Government of the Republic of Moldova regarding the harmonization of national legislation with European legislation and ensuring the existence of reference documents for evaluating the conformity of products and services with their destination and use in public procurement, the development of national standards regarding the methods of checking the regulated indices or for new product groups, for which there are no normative acts and standards.

During the meeting, at the same time, the election of the chairman of the CT 47 technical committee took place and his duties and obligations were defined.
