The Institute for Standardization of Moldova (ISM) conducted new professional training courses “Specialist and Internal Auditor for Quality Management Systems.”

During the courses, the internationally certified lecturers of ISM trained the participants, who obtained the necessary knowledge for the planning and implementation of the management system within the organization and on how to design the management system, including by developing the documented information required by the reference standard .

The graduates of the courses obtained the necessary knowledge for the planning and implementation of the quality management system, as well as new experiences regarding the requirements of the reference standards.
