The Institute for Standardization of Moldova participated in a working session organized by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, in collaboration with the Consultative Council for SMEs.

During the meeting, topics dedicated to the projects to modify the normative framework aimed at creating more favorable conditions of activity for SMEs in the agri-food sector, as well as the priority activities for the period 2023-2025, were addressed.

In the same context, the necessary changes in the HORECA sector, for kindergartens and processed products, were also discussed, at the same time, an essential change in the regulatory framework was proposed, such as the development by SMEs of good practice guides based on the CODEX Alimentarius standards.
