In the context of World Standards Day, the Institute for Standardization of Moldova (ISM) is launching the “Students – The Future of Standardization” programme, dedicated to students from higher education institutions in the Republic of Moldova.
From 14 to 18 September 2026, ISM will conduct an information campaign at universities, giving students the opportunity to discover the world of standards and explore the connection between standards and their future profession.
The programme aims to introduce young people to the field of standardization, demonstrate that standards are part of everyday activities regardless of the professional field, and encourage students to take an interest in and engage in standardization activities.
Students will have the opportunity to participate in two main activities: the “Standards Shaping My Profession” competition, dedicated to essays and scientific research papers, and “Adventure into the World of Standardization”, an interactive experience organized at the ISM premises.
