„World Quality Day” is marked annually, on the second Thursday of November, respectively on November 11, in 2021.

The aim of this day is to raise awareness of the importance of quality management in all sectors, and to encourage organizations to focus on quality on the road to prosperity and growth.

The problem of quality is one of the most important problems in the economy of countries around the world. At present, the quality of products and services is the key to the successful functioning of any enterprise, industry and country as a whole. Speaking of quality, the Institute for Standardization of Moldova (ISM) is one of the bodies that directly contributes to this, through compliance standards developed both in the field of quality management and in general.

On World Quality Day, ISM sincerely congratulates all the collaborators in the field of quality infrastructure!
